The Polycentric 4 Bar Prosthetic Knee is best suited for K3 amputees with moderate activity levels that require a high degree of safety.  The frame and 4 bar linkage is constructed of aluminum alloy.  The proximal attachment has an anterior and posterior slide as well as rotation adjustment.  This knee joint can be ordered with either a pyramid adapter or lotus adapter for knee disarticulation.
